Fire Seal is a high quality acrylic sealant which in the event of a fire, expands to withstand the passage of the flame and smoke. It has been tested to DIN4102 Teil1. Fire Seal is water based and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It adheres to most surfaces including PVCu without a primer.
